Elliot is ILD’s Finance and Administration Manager, supporting the Finance and Administration Director (FAD) in sustaining the organization’s financial and operational integrity. He oversees financial management, human resources, and operations, contributing to strategic planning and efficient workflows. Elliot assists in managing budgets, payroll, retirement contributions, and invoicing while ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders. He also coordinates bookings and logistics for in-person and virtual Legal Clinics at California State University (CSU) and Community College (CCC) campuses, handling all associated state reporting. His work emphasizes integrating organizational values and delivering impactful service to clients and the team.

EXPERIENCE Before joining ILD, Elliot worked in the telecommunications industry for over seven years, gaining expertise in management, operations process development, auditing, and financial analysis and reporting. As a Senior Business Analyst at Metro by T-Mobile, Elliot was a key operations team member who supported all company-owned retail stores and dealer teams in California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain West. Elliot’s background also includes leading collaborative teams and contributing to the strategic goals of his organizations through process refinement and mentorship.

EDUCATION Elliot holds a Google Data Analytics Certification, a B.A. in Human Resources Management, and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona Global Campus. He is fluent in Spanish.
