Elliot is ILD’s Senior Finance and Administration Manager, where he creates and manages internal tools to keep our growing organization organized and ensure smooth operations in service of our clients. In addition to supporting our data management systems and state reporting, he oversees scheduling for our Legal Consultation Clinics, manages FBI background check requests, and processes daily mail.

EXPERIENCE Prior to joining ILD, Elliot worked in the telecommunications industry for over seven years and has expertise in management, operations process development, auditing, and financial analysis and reporting. As a Senior Business Analyst at Metro by T-Mobile, Elliot was a valuable member of the operations team that supported all company-owned retail stores and dealers teams in California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain West.

EDUCATION Elliot holds a Google Data Analytics Certification, a B.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona, and is currently completing an M.B.A. program at the University of Arizona Global Campus. He is fluent in Spanish.
